Salem INVESTMENT Limited is a private limited liability company that was first registered in 1995. Even though the company is presently 100% Ghanaian-owned, there are plans to broaden its equity base and attract suitable foreign INVESTMENT as permitted by Ghana’s INVESTMENT Code. This will enable us to broaden the scope of our housing delivery.

The company began operations as an importer and retailer of building materials. In 1999, Salem took the decision to venture into commercial real estate development. This diversification has paid off as Salem Investment Ltd. has established a solid reputation as a dependable cost-effective supplier of magnificent homes for different budgets and clients.

Salem Investment Limited also undertakes other construction projects like roads, mechanized boreholes and creational parks for children.
